Tutto molto bello in particolare il fan village finalmente, implementato la ristorazione, i tornelli con l'accesso veloce ma sempre di pessimo gusto sta musica di mer#a a tutto volume che niente ha che spartire col tennis 🎾. Zero. Roba da carrozzone delle giostre.

Fui a ver la semifinal del ATP !!! Impresionante!!! Además todo el lugar está bárbaro, hay buen shopping y lugares para comer de primera !!!

可以現場近距離看網球年終賽，氣氛很好、非常刺激！室內比賽不用擔心天氣問題，讓選手更能充分發揮，觀眾亦能更舒服全情投入刺激的決賽。

Beside the tennis, the venue. Well organised necessary security checks in place. Must say though, EXPENSIVE FOOD! £10 JUST FOR HALF A SANDWICH AND 500ml WATER!!!
But that kind of price is expected at a venue like the O2 so, eat downstairs at a place like Wasabi for Brunch, as after the doubles match it’s 12:00 and you are starving.
Or you could sneak food in... ;)

I have been to the O2 several times to see the ATP Finals. The event is always spectacular, and the venue is easily accessible from the nearest Tube station.
The security checks are thorough, but the lines do move quite quickly, so you won't have to wait too long to get into the auditorium. The whole tournament is atmospheric and feels like an end of year party. There are "heartbeat" sound effects and music as the players walk on, and the camera zooms in on people in the crowd during breaks in the match (cue lots of excited waving!).
Don't forget to have your picture taken with the tournament trophies! I try to do that every year. My only complaint is that you are no longer allowed to touch them. I put my hand on one of the handles of the singles trophy, and a security man snapped at me, "Get off the trophy!" That had not been a problem in previous years.
Apart from that, I really love going to this tournament, and will be sad to see it leave London.

We had planned this as part of our visit to London and glad we did.
If you have been to other tournaments they will be a bit more subdued than these finals at the O2. When someone hits an ace the screens come alive, there is also music and fireworks.
We also planned a different route to get there we took a river taxi from Westminster pier to North Greenwich which lets you see London from a different view on your way. Once at the pier it is a short walk to the O2 Arena.
Outside the arena but under the Tent the O2 has loads of restaurant chains if you are looking for a bite to eat and i would suggest doing this because once you are through the bag searches at the Arena entrance you cannot go back out and there is very little choice apart from beer, wine & hotdogs from various vendors.
However dont let that dampen your spirits the Tennis was excellent and hosted very well. Also after the Tennis was complete we headed off with the crowd to the Tube Station where we took the jubilee line to Green Park where we changed to another line, very slick and easy.
I will be trying to book up for the Last Tournament in London next year, a shame it is moving as the next hosts will have a lot to live up to.

The tennis at the 02 is definitely worth a visit if you're a fan of the sport at least once in your lifetime. I agree with some other comments on here that the price of the food/drink inside the arena is bordering on ridiculous. I usually go to the semis on the Saturday and buy tickets well in advance at £150 each in blocks 106/107 or 115/116. The prices are quite high but the seats are very good in these blocks behind the server. I recommend sitting between rows F-U and not below this for an optimum view. A pint of lager which seemed to me a little watery cost £9 as they have introduced a £2 recyclable cup which you can get your money back on after the game has finished but that does mean queueing up after to get your money back.Plenty of restaurants to use before you enter and quite a lot of new shopping outlets. Easy to get to on the jubilee line. The 2020 ATP Masters 15-22 Nov will be the last ever time(well at least for many years) the tennis will be played at the 02 as it moves to a new venue in a different country in 2021. Tickets are already on sale for next year so if you've never been I'd recommend you go in 2020 while you still have the chance. I would imagine the 2020 event will be sold out very quickly with it being the last event at the 02

Quella di quest’anno è stata la nostra quinta partecipazione a questa bellissima manifestazione, che dal 2017 ha assunto la denominazione di “Nitto ATP Finals”, dal nome del principale sponsor (giapponese, come si intuisce) dell’evento.
Seppur abbiamo provato l’emozione più grande in occasione della nostra “prima volta”, nel 2011, devo dire che questo evento mantiene sempre vivo il proprio fascino, grazie soprattutto ai grandi campioni di questo sport che si cimentano sul campo.
Il novero dei partecipanti è costituito dagli otto giocatori di singolare e dalle otto coppie di doppio, che, nel corso dell’anno solare, hanno accumulato il maggior numero di punti disputando i tornei del circuito ATP (di fatto i primi otto giocatori e le prime otto coppie del Mondo).
La formula, sia per il singolare che per il doppio, prevede due gruppi di quattro, che si giocano l’ingresso alle semifinali con la formula del Round-Robin (ogni giocatore/coppia gioca con gli altri tre componenti del gruppo). Ogni giorno sono previste due sessioni, una pomeridiana (dalle h12:00) ed una serale (dalle h18:00), con un doppio ed un singolare per sessione.
I primi due classificati di ogni gruppo si incontrano tra loro (il primo di un gruppo con il secondo dell’altro), ed i due vincitori si affrontano per il trofeo finale (oltre che per un considerevole ammontare in denaro).
L’organizzazione, a mio avviso davvero eccellente, si perfeziona e si arricchisce ogni anno, allestendo, tra un incontro e l’altro, uno spettacolo fatto di luci e suoni, e di cui il pubblico costituisce parte integrante.
L’afflusso di pubblico è davvero imponente (l’Arena può ospitare fino a 20.000 spettatori), regalando un colpo d’occhio davvero impressionante. Il costo dei biglietti (ogni biglietto copre una singola sessione a scelta) non è propriamente economico, ma, a mio avviso, soprattutto per un appassionato, vale assolutamente lo spettacolo cui si assiste.
Acquistando i biglietti per due intere giornate consecutive, si possono di fatto vedere tutti i partecipanti alla manifestazione, assistendo dal vivo alle gesta dei propri beniamini.

We were high up in the O2 but the view of the tennis was great - watched the final on the TV the next day and not a patch on being there. Getting in and getting seated was straight forward, the catering inside the O2 was a bit limited. Seats were comfortable enough and the visibility much better than we had been told. All in all a great experence - we will be back next year.

I think whenever you will go you will see a decent match as it's the top 8 players on current up to date rankings. I always go to the Saturday night semi final and the first Sunday afternoon. It's pot luck really as to who you'll see as the line up is not usually known until a couple of weeks before and as this year is the LAST ever time it will be held in LONDON then I think tickets will be sold out for virtually ALL matches

I have tickets to the evening session but it has been a few years since I have been and I just wanted to ask if anyone has some guidance around the timings.
Doors open 16:45
Ticket states 18:00 start
I don’t recall if they go straight into the singles match at 6 pm or if they have a warmup match first and then the single starts at 7:30 as an example and on average how long did the matches last. I think it was best of three sets that again can’t remember.
I want to see the main singles match but also arrange to eat so just trying to get my head around the timings.
Thanks in advance to anyone that has any advice based on the last couple of years.

Hi I would like to buy tickets for the event this year, however I am from Singapore and because of the strict anti fraudulent system I am somehow unable to purchase the tickets. I even contacted the axs staff but they were not very helpful, and did not offer any alternatives. I asked if a UK relative could help to buy the tickets on my behalf with the worry that we may not be permitted entry as the tickets will not be under our name, but the staff suggested for me to buy the ticket on site which is frankly ridiculous as I mentioned to her that I do not stay there. I hope someone will be able to help me as it would be my first live ATP match and I would like to watch it on my 21st Birthday to celebrate. :')
