I'm really shocked how they conduct their service here, I've tried to book the Boston Arms for over a month now, the phone constantly goes to voicemail, I've been there three times in person just to be told the same thing that I'll be contacted by a Sally. This Sally clearly as no customer service skills, she does not keep to her word and does not reply to emails, she must lose this company many bookings with her slack approach, thanks for wasting my time and I recommend anyone looking to book here go and find an alternative, I will be seeking a booking elsewhere, Sally is losing you business.

Beautiful pub. Invisible staff. I presume the manager it was outside the bar after her shift had to be called upon to help inside the bar. She started serving with her handbag on her and giving out. These pubs really need to take a look at themselves. One good barman(Irish) would keep the place going. The English mentality of one customer at a time doesn't work

I have been going to The Boston on ad off for over 30 years, it's a great venue the staff are very friendly and cheerful, I love the fact they take cash, drinks are reasonable for London...I will continue to go when there are my type of events.

Very nice large building, very nice inside, good selection of drinks and very close to the o2 forum where we are heading in kentish Town, would definitely come back if in the area

Best Sunday Dinner I have had. Went to Camden Market in the morning and wanted some quality food. Not disappointed. Great service too. Cleanest London pub I have been in. As Arnie said “l’ll be back” 👍❤️ Just opposite the tube station too 👍

Sunday lunch was lovely. The chicken was moist, vegetables cooked perfectly and deserts to die for. The staff were helpful and friendly. Would definitely go back.

It would really easy to write a disparaging piece about this ‘pub’.
Expletives and more.
I don’t think I can be that kind.
However, no one enters into debate on how this North London icon has been destroyed.
Why would they? Either they’re making it so poncy to cleanse the real locals or just running it down, to sell off to a developer and make a mint. A familiar tactic.
I’ve lived locally since I was a nipper, still do.
The vibrant boozer was a sight to behold.
Full of locals of all types, dancing, singing, boozing and having the craic.
On many evenings and weekend days times, the place was jam-packed.
It is now a ghost-town, hardly anyone, if anyone at all, uses the place.
I know this because I look through the window at least three times a week.
It truly breaks my heart.
The shiny bits will be like that for years, they won’t get any wear at all.
Reminds me of a Granny’s house who covers everything in a protective plastic coating. Glittery yet soulless and wipe clean.
Punters flocked there because it was a haven from the encroaching Dartmouth Village tourists.
It sold good beer, run by a fantastic guvnor and had characters to burn.
A real joy.
Now, it has a pastry chef, a manager who can’t even spell Tufnell Park correctly and a floor you could slide on forever, without ever the danger of hitting a single soul.
The settees are very shabby chic though.
I haven’t seen any of the previous locals set foot in there… and believe me, I knew plenty.
They’ll carry on water-boarding themselves in the hope that they’ll win some new Craft beer drinkers… but as they know but won’t accept, if making some of their filthy lucre back is their idea… their idea is catastrophically failing.
By the way, it’s not remotely Irish…any O’Neills is significantly more Irish and they’re as plastic as a Wetherspoons.

As soon as we heard these guys are doing delivery we had to try as it's one of our favourite spots. We ordered chicken wings, fish & chips and plant based burger. All was delicious, tasty and we can't wait to go there as soon as they will open.

We had dinner here tonight. The food was amazing, and the menu options were so good, lots of variation. I’ve never been to a pub that has a Vegan Pie!
The pub was really quiet, which seems such a shame because the staff were really friendly and the ambience was lovely.
The pricing of the menu was great too, £10 for most mains and £5 for dessert. Awesome value for really great quality food. Can’t wait to come back.

At between £2-3 a pint in the main pub given its central london location you really cannot complain decent size to. Went to a gig at the music rooms straight after and even here £4 for a pint was extremely reasonable for a live music venure and plenty of standing room/seating available for those accompanying also. All in all a nice venue although the toilets whilst functional could do with some modernising at some point.
