Has to be one of the nicest settings in any casino I’ve been in before. The overall experience of the restaurant was great but in particular Edward and Alex made it a memorable evening with the service we received from both.

I went to dinner. With friends at the restaurant last night, we ate tuna steak, ribeye with good wine. I would like to praise Chef Mo and the team for creating the menu and restaurant staff Edward is good service, we will recommend and come back again👍

We have been to a few of Grosvenor Casinos over the years... but this is by far the best I have ever known staff so happy and helpful.
All of them literally above and beyond. Nothing was to much trouble. Really relaxed atmosphere, drinks flowing. We didn't get the opportunity to eat but food looked amazing.... can't wait to go back

What a lovely casino in Bayswater. The staff were very nice and the food OMG, I didn't expect the food to be so good and the restaurant to look so beautiful. The Manager is a lovely gentleman, the Champagne was showing a different price from what I saw online and the Manager just dealt with it immediately and very professionally.
I am a member now so will be there much more.

Fabulous casino. Staff are extremely friendly and professional and I always feel welcome. The menu looks expensive but would like to try the food at some point as it’s received good reviews. Not an extensive menu from what I have seen but looks really nice. This casino would do really well if it had a buffet style menu choice and the prices were reduced for food. The longer people stay - the more they would spend so it would make sense to reduce the cost of the food. Whenever I have been to the casino, the bar/restaurant is nearly completely empty - surely this is a waste of such a good resource! It is such a lovely bar - lovely ambiance and beautifully designed. Its usage really needs to be exploited as it doesn’t look like it’s making any sort of a profit. I used to go to a casino that had a Chinese buffet for about a fiver and it was always packed full of people.

Lovely place to come for a drink and have a chance at the roulette, Ciara and Jake were amazing, warm and friendly staff. Will be coming back

Nice casino, friendly staff but a little too busy on the tables people jumping between tables playing on 2 tables at the same time. I asked the dealer if that was allowed and he said it’s normal. Perhaps that should be looked at?
Fantastic food! The waiters are warm and welcoming. The food arrived very quickly even though the restaurant was busy and the waiters said it may be delayed because there’s only 1 chef and a lot of customers but it was very quick. The food was delicious, great quality and so much flavour. I asked to speak to the chef as I understood he was on his own and to produce that standard of food on your own is tremendous. He was a nice guy, he said he’s Lebanese so I was impressed because he made some mean noodles. Disappointed there was only 1 Lebanese dish with a Lebanese chef in the kitchen though? I gave him a tip for his service (we tend to forget who actually provides us with what we pay for in restaurants), he was very humble and very grateful. I also spoke to the manager to send my compliments.
I would recommend this casino but perhaps don’t be shocked by the table hoppers.

Went there last night approximately 9.15pm to play their slots. Out of the approximately 20 odd machines over half had “reserved” signs on them ......turns out people playing some of the other machines have 2-3 of the slots “reserved” ......so closed off. The staff did ask a lady playing a slot if I could play one of hers that was “reserved”.
Reserved signs are for people to take a short break, go to the bar, go to the toilet etc not to lock of a slot so they can go play another one.
So unless you are a local look elsewhere.

Everyone very friendly and pleasant on arrival staff happy to help and bring drinks to the table did not have a flutter on the tables as there for another reason

I dont gamble, however was there for a mates stag. Food was amazing . You would not think a casino would serve such good food. Great service, polite staff.
