The sound was fine. Getting into the venue was painful but the reason for the one star review is that I hate being ripped off.
They were selling cans of beer and cider.
A can of Thatchers cider which they buy in about £.60 was on sale for £8.50.
All the drinks were ludicrously expensive and the cues involved in making any purchase were quite ridiculous.
I will undoubtedly end up back at the o2 due to the act that play therehowever I’m determined to never spend a single penny above the price of entry

We were given tickets for the strictly matinee show on Saturday by a friend. i checked where our seats were and saw they are not advised for people with a fear of heights .I thought that's not me .How wrong I was .we were absolutely petrified. We were in section 415 ,row N .practically at the top .with a sheer drop below and very low barriers at Row A .You have a tiny ledge to walk along and the seats below are literally at ankle level . If one person goes ,you all go I forgot all about the show, as I was too terrified to concentrate
.The minute it was half time and most of our row got up ,we felt it was a bit safer to move and made our way down the dangerous stairs with a hand rail every other step .We couldnt wait to get on the train home.
Its unbelievable that it passes health and safety .I still get anxious when I tell anyone about the experience .Never again .

Had really good seats near the stage but saw practically nothing as throughout the entire concert people continually traipsed up and down the stairs completely blocking our view. Because of the sheer volume of people ,some were just standing right beside us for ages. I cannot understand why people don't get to their seats earlier. Why don't the O2 shut the bars 30 mins before a show starts or shut the doors to the arena so that this doesn't happen. If you go to watch tennis, the umpire will tell people to sit down immediately so that the players are not disturbed. This concert cost us a considerable amount of money if you add on fuel to get there and parking plus huge food prices. We are disgusted with the O2 for not sorting this out.

Felt I had to say something. The Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds were great but the 02 experience left much to be desired. The stairs are lethal ! one wrong step and you're in a heap at the bottom. I sat at the end of a row and the amount of times I was up and down letting people in or letting people out I lost count. The Arena was in constant movement with people mainly taking their empties out and returning with their refills. It makes no sense to me that the concert was two and half hours long the tickets were not cheap and yet people would rather get another drink than watch the whole show. The prices in the arena and the surrounding eateries were to say the least very expensive.

Attended concert in back row of block 4 seating. Seats are extremely high up with a very steep pitch, low barriers & seats in-front only coming up to low shin level. It’s honestly terrifying & I kept thinking if someone lost their balance and toppled a bit they could take an entire section of people down like dominos . If you are at all afraid of heights (I didn’t know I was until now!) , unsteady or suffer vertigo please do not buy these seats. People around us were all up dancing on what is effectively a very narrow, high altitude ledge. I had to just stay seated, close my eyes, lean back into chair & focus on breathing. Missed the whole concert & couldn’t wait to leave. Our seats were expensive too as we had paid a lot on ticket resales. Never again , these seats are a liability. Afterwards I read a lot of comments on line about people with similar experience. Don't believe anyone who says they are fine, if you don’t like heights please do not take these tickets. I wouldn’t even go if there were tickets for David Bowie & they were free!

I’ve been to The O2 many times over the years and love it. I was on the Lower Tier and had a great view of the stage. There was an extended arm from the stage that was lowered from the ceiling at one point, allowing Take That to perform right in the centre of the audience in the stalls – I had a perfect view of them from where I was sitting. Although as is usually the case at these events, I had to spend a lot of the time standing in order to see since people all around were on their feet. Many of the reviews seem to ignore the venue and the event and concentrate on criticising the price of drinks. Everyone knows that the price of drinks is higher in London and even higher in captive places like theatres. After paying for travel to and in London, tickets for a show, hotel, food and drinks, another £10 or £20 for drinks in the theatre is a small part of the cost. If you don’t want to pay that, don’t. I had a wonderful evening, in a world-class venue, watching one of the best ever groups, all enhanced with a few drinks before and during the show.

Terrible health and safety at concerts. Felt unsafe. Customer service and complaints team completely dismissive . Prices were also criminal and had to leave within first 5 minutes due to safety concerns.

Truly hopeless venue, basically don't bring any bag bigger than a postage stamp ! Staff for the most part were at best surly and unhelpful at worst highly unpleasant and staggering rude, if you want to completely mugged off and spend a million quid on food and drinks, be insulted by having a bag and treated with contempt go there ! Otherwise don't bother.

Execellent surroundings with alot of things to do and the staff was brilliant. The best plave around and worth every penny.

I have purchased tickets for Strictly Live Tour 2025. Premium tickets but as they came through on my email it says it is The 93rd membership club lounge. I haven’t and will not be paying for membership- will I still have the same access? I have received my confirmation and money taken for the tickets. Just worried that I may not be eligible???

Hi Ihave tickets for queen in June very.high up but have since found out I will be on crutches and there is no way I can climb the steep steps up.Would they move us if I rang ahead to ask.
