Had new engagement ring and wedding ring made. Marie was so helpful, spent lots of time with us, explaining everything and designing them. I absolutely love my new rings and would recommend to anyone to give them a visit

Riviere was a get choice for getting our wedding bands. Marie was so helpful and they turned out lovely.

Marie helped my husband and I pick out wedding rings, she was friendly and very professional! We are both very happy with the rings we have, and feel we got them for a fair price. I would recommend Riviere Jewels.

Sam helped us choose our wedding rings, he knew his business, he gave us good advice and he didn’t try to get us to spend more than we needed. He was honest and I trusted his judgement. I would highly recommend him.

Fabulous customer service went above and beyond for me and delivered everything as promised plus when I picked the ring up everyone remembered all my details

Excellent from start to finish. Elliot and Anita helped me to design my engagement and wedding ring and get something that was perfect for me. They stayed in contact throughout and worked with me to make sure the design was just what I wanted. I am very happy with the final product. We will be back for my partner’s wedding ring in December.

Such a great experience from start to finish. Gemma was so friendly and helped design a unique ring that is perfect for me. Riviere kept me updated throughout the process and even made sure the ring was ready to collect before I started a new job. The ring is beautiful and I absolutely love it.

I got my engagement ring from here, genuinely amazing service. I had Marie as my server who was extremely helpful every step of the way. I genuinely had no idea there was so many options for diamonds, but she helped me and made sure I picked the perfect ring. I needed my ring before a certain date and they made sure it was done and to exactly how I asked.

Gemma is aptly named. She's a literal gem! My best man and I turned up to Hatton Garden without a clue, and rather than try to sell to us, Gemma offered us a seat so she could educate us with no strings attached. I don't know a lot about diamonds, but I'd done some research, and being in sales I know when i'm being sold to. Whereas Gemma took a good 45 mins to simply explain the options without being remotely pushy. But she did help me feel way more confident than I could have anticipated about a specific engagement ring design. By the end of our conversation, I knew I could trust Riviere to deliver. And the end result was indeed stunning. My fiance was over the moon, and insisted on coming in personally to thank Gemma for helping me to get it so right. We also came in for the free resizing, as we also pretty much got the size right, but my fiance wanted it slightly tighter, just to be safe. Thank you for both the advice Gemma, and to the craftmanship of the jeweller themselves. It's a beautiful piece.
