Daughter had her 7th birthday party here. All went well but a suggestion to consider. The money spent on a birthday party isn't cheap and no party bags included... maybe a small thing but to kids it's a big thing..

Great place to have fun with the family, well worth the money, and they sell lovely food and coffee, friendly helpful staff, safe environment for kids to have fun

Visited today (Saturday) extremely busy!!
Upon arriving was told my eldest daughter (10) wasn’t allowed to play with my other two daughters (2 years old and 4 years old)
Then after questioning this ridiculous comment was told actually it will be ok but they are only allowed in the youngest area.
Wasn’t given any directions to where to go, so we walked straight in, kids just ran off to the first area that had trampolines, they were so happy playing on all the trampolines and it seemed really toddler friendly, after being in this area for about 30minutes one of the staff came over and told us we didn’t have a bounce pass 🤷🏼♂️
And we weren’t allowed in this area, so I said, they could have told me this at the desk when I came in? But ok I’ll go get one for them all, to then be told oh it’s over 5’s only in this area, so I then had to tell the kids they aren’t allowed in this area, they started crying and it was just awful, I felt so bad as they were having such a good time.
When we got into the toddler area my daughter (2) couldn’t climb the up the frame to go down the slide and later on fell through a hole in the floor, not very toddler safe, the 5+ trampoline area is better for toddlers than the actual toddler area!
The whole set up in the toddler area was so small for parents to follow round.
They had no skuttle bugs out for kids to play on, all the staff were very young and just didn’t care, I tried to go to the baby changing room do to a nappy, it was locked, so I asked a staff member who just pointed at the room, I said it’s locked and the other one has no handle, she just walked off to catch up with her work colleague as it seemed she had more important things to discuss about her social life.
I wouldn’t recommend this place and won’t be returning, play zone or flip out is better run and better laid out.
Also watch out as you have to buy socks and pay for parking in the car park.

would like to express my concerns about two staff members: the woman in the kitchen with ginger hair and the one wearing red lipstick. I witnessed the lady with red lipstick verbally abusing younger employees, which I found shocking and unacceptable. Additionally, the woman in the kitchen was seen shouting at staff in front of customers. Their behavior created a tense and uncomfortable atmosphere for both employees and patrons. Very disappointed in my experience unsure if I will be back after this…

My daughter had her 8th birthday party here, very friendly staff, clean and hygienic facilities, great play facilities

Very good value would like to see more food on offer but the play area was worth the money and the children enjoyed it and will come back but management pls take note of the food options like curry or pasta dishes

Will never again come back here, rude staff members, complicated booking system wanted a refund as every time my kids went to go on something was told to get off then had to go and pay extra money so in total cost me more.. wouldn’t recommend and will not be bringing kids here again. Bring back the swimming here rather than this over rated, expensive soft play ever

My boys had such great fun here but a special mention to Claire in the kitchen, she went above and beyond to make our experience as enjoyable as possible. Nothing was too much trouble for her, she was so kind and friendly.

We live locally and love Exploria for our little one year old. Sensory room is great and so is the toddler soft play section, loads to help them cruise and walk . One thing to be wary of though is the bigger kids hurtling through the baby area, our little one and others in there have almost been floored a few times.
Would be even better if they could have someone to reinforce the age rule, parents are usually nowhere to be found and it is an accident waiting to happen.

A lovely place . Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The admission price is reasonable for 2 hours. The food is well presented too. A very safe place for children to play.
