Having been to many hamams, I can never say they each do the same thing. It is always a surprize. This new new new hamam reflects much of the old.
The scrub and cleanse were great.
They need to work on their customer service. No one was bad or mean - but we were told 5 mins and it would be 20, or 10 and it was 30. ... so be careful of your time.
If you do the hamam you do not need to do the massage - but the massage is nice if you don't want to get wet.
Bring a two piece bathing suit, spare underwear, and your own shampoo/conditioner. (I am pretty sure when I asked for conditioner they gave me body lotion - unmarked bottle).
