Waiting for refund. They took the money and ran. No way to contact anybody. Well over waiting period that was given.

I'm owed over 300.00, my husband bought a package for my birthday. was told I would get a cheque in the mail by February, still nothing from the Bear Mountain Spa

I was told the very same scenario regarding gift card refunds. First we would receive it by end of Dec...then first of Feb. Today is the end of Feb and still nothing. No one seems to have any answers. Very frustrating. I'm wondering how many more there are who are still waiting?

Before the spa closed at the end of November 2019, I went in to get a refund on my gift card as requested. I was told the “cheque would be in the mail” in December. Still waiting!!! Not an insubstantial amount either. I feel Ripped Off as their is now no one to call about it.

Pedicures, manicures, relaxing and optional therapeutic massage. Definitely not an assembly line pedicure. Quite and relaxing. A luxurious spa that can be expensive. Save money when buying a gift card directly from the spa website or through Costco.
Located in Westin Bear Mountain hotel, take elevator to lower floor. Would highly recommend

I went with my mom for the day at the spa. We were suppose to have a package with lunch before our pedicures. We had 45min in between or services. So.. the massage was wonderful, my facial was not the best the esthetician didn’t explain anything to me and just met me outside the room and took me to wait. So I’m waiting and no food comes. Mind you we ordered when we first checked into the spa. So by now it’s time for our last service our pedicures. Our food came while we were receiving our treatments. Food was cold. It was just. Or a good experience. I spent $900 for 2 ppl hoping to have a great experience. All I got was a “we are sorry it took so long”. But they didn’t do anything to correct their mistake. I’ve been to other spas and had issues arise but they have ALWAYS been great about making sure that we were taken care of and found alternatives. On top of that the receptionists were not the most friendly either.

Went to Abi Courser at Sante Spa to get my eyebrows waxed. I’m usually very picky about my eyebrows and have been going to the same person for years. However, I heard so many amazing things about Abi that I wanted to give her a try- she absolutely did not disappoint. I’ve never been happier with the outcome of my eyebrows, the service provided by Abi and by how beautiful the spa was! Abi absolutely has me as a forever customer now and I highly recommend her to anyone!

ok so you can go to a mall for a pedicure, cheap, fast and easy. but this was an experience. every time i look at my toes i am tranported back to this heavenly setting. on Bear Mountain. worth every penny

Booked a week ahead at the Sante Spa and wanted a couples room for my daughter and myself. They could not accommodate me on Saturday and thus the bookings were made for Sunday at 11am. I received a call at 10-15 asking were I was! My booking was for 2 at 11. Then my daughter was not booked for her massage , no couples room was organized and our facials were booked separately. The masseuse disappeared when I questioned her about my daughter booking and suddenly I had no massage! They tried to accommodate my daughter , but would have been better if the booking were correctly entered.My advice find another spa.
