Very nice place to admire the native species of the Bay of Somme. Very friendly welcome also. We were able to admire a few hundred birds, from stump ducks to great egrets, robins, coots, teal and kingfishers. A good time.

A little expensive for what it is
A quiet and pleasant place with many birds in places.
Lots of places to stop and look at them but I don't know if it's related to the season but there are empty parts
2:30 announced but 1:30 is sufficient.

Good welcome but light. We pay the entrance fee and are given a map. Point.
We did the long route. Lack of signage at the crossroads of certain paths, which are very unstable and difficult to drive on. You have to watch carefully where you put your feet to avoid sprains or strains. Bring good shoes.
The fences and observatories are very good but we still see a lot more embankments and brambles on the route for the price. And a strange section, which runs along a busy road and the railway line, which takes us out of the bucolism of the place both aurally and visually!
As wildlife photographers, very disappointed. Again nothing notable seen. Yes of course it is nature that decides, but it would be interesting at reception to give information on the fauna present and indicate it on the plan provided. Especially if it has unusual wildlife. This allows you to sharpen your gaze at the said place to find what has been indicated. Didn't see a guide. No suggestion at reception in this direction. Too bad too.
I think there is room to boost visits to this reserve in a different way, to make it more attractive and more fun. It's up to you to think about what you want to do with it because it seems to have potential, undeveloped, while retaining its intimate side???
This is the 2nd time we have come there at different times and just as disappointed. The last count confirmed our hunch.
Yes, less frequented than Marquenterre but much less interesting. Then you have to compare what is comparable. Surface area and coastline vs land on the route of potential migrations. We know all that but we were hoping for structural change and different faunal use.

Disappointing.20 euros 2 entries with a pair of binoculars. Too expensive for a walk between hedges. The few observation posts allow you to see too few birds.

Balade en poussette avec un bébé et un chien. Ce n'est pas hyper pratique pour un bébé (beaucoup de secousses car nous sommes sur de l'herbe avec bosses).
Si on nous avait précisé que c'était ce type de sol, on aurait pris le porte-bébé, plus approprié.
Nous n'avons pas beaucoup apprécié car il y a 90% de chemins comme sur la photo. Les observatoires sont bien.
Il manque de la signalétique : lorsque vous êtes face à deux chemins, il serait bien de préciser l'intérêt de prendre soit à gauche : l'observatoire avec escalier ou à droite, un chemin simple, plus plat. Ça éviterait un aller-retour en poussette ou autre.
Nous ne conseillons pas cette visite avec des enfants en bas âge.
Le platier d'oye à Oye-plage est plus agréable et gratuit.
On trouve le tarif de la réserve élevé

Une belle balade au calme avec un circuit balisé et au choix au prix de 8,00€ et parking gratuit. Le seul bémol : nous n'avons observé que des cygnes, canards , poules d'eau et grenouilles. Nous sommes restés sur notre faim ...

3 étangs et une quinzaine de points d'observation. Après, c'est la nature qui décide. Le parcour autour des étangs est un peu décevant. Entre ronces et orties, ou en bordure de route fréquentée et de ligne SNCF... on a connu plus serein et bucolique... Un gros avantage, la fréquentation est bien moindre qu'au Marquenterre.
