This park is made without any regard for the disabled. There's nothing you can try. Staff is rejecting.
Can only say that you have the slightest form of disability, so stay away.

Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with Hansa Park. The park has become extremely negative in recent years, especially since the corona pandemic. Everything seems designed to get as much money out of visitors as possible. Prices are now so high that few people can afford to visit, and families with children in particular are having a hard time. It's almost impossible to eat in the park without spending a fortune. Much is done for day visitors, but annual pass holders are completely neglected.
Another big problem is that feedback from visitors is not taken seriously. Criticisms and complaints are ignored or talked up. In addition, there are many employees in the park who speak little or no German. This is particularly annoying at children's attractions. I saw for myself how a small child did not want to drive at the mini freefall tower and told the employee this. Instead of responding appropriately, the employee just pulled the safety bar and said: “Everything is fine,” and then moved on. Fortunately, there are also positive examples, such as another employee who immediately stopped the ride of a crying child, calmed him down and even gave him a piece of chocolate. Unfortunately, such moments are the exception.
What is also very negative is that many of the new employees are unfriendly and obviously not motivated. There is a lack of helpfulness and friendliness towards the visitors. The rides are also often in poor condition. During my visit, for example, the buzzers on the car scooter did not work properly, the vehicles have also become extremely slow. The pony post and safari jeeps are also defective. The boats on the former Rio Dorado cruise are often full of water, so you get out with your feet wet, and even when prompted, the problem has not been fixed.
There are hardly any retreats for families to sit down in peace. This is much better solved in Heide Park, for example, where there are several quiet places. Hansa Park, on the other hand, has hardly grown in recent years in terms of new attractions. No really exciting novelty has been added since the Highlander. The new rides are boring and hardly offer repeatable fun. There are far too few exciting rides with high speed or overhead elements. Heide Park offers a much better mix of fast, exciting rides and family-friendly attractions.
Instead, Hansa Park is opening stores such as Café Rosa or the Christmas Shop, which only shows that the park is mainly concerned with high-paying tourists. The shows in the park are also outdated and quickly seem monotonous.
Overall, the Hansa-Park has decreased considerably and is now completely overpriced and disappointing. I can no longer recommend visiting here, especially for families or annual pass holders.

Very nice and spacious theme park for families with small children. But adults also get their money's worth.

The bad stuff first - very poor usage of signs, it is virtually impossible to find your way around the park, let alone finding the entry for many of the attractions.
If you want to buy a ticket at the entrance, go OVER the bridge and don't use the first set of stairs. There are small signs on the corner of a building, telling you that it is possible to buy tickets there.
It is also rather expensive if you like us, are there mainly for big thrill rides like Nessie and Der Schwur des Kärnan.
Der Schwur des Kärnan is easily the coolest ride we have ever tried. It was worth the 1 hour queue.
The Flucht Von Novgorod was a 35-40 min queue and really not worth the wait, although it was good fun. The ride was just way too short with queue time taken into consideration.
Food was okay (Joes BBQ) but not something I would buy again.

A beautifully designed park with many nerve-wracking attractions. Fun for all ages. However, there is a star deduction for the opening hours, as the park is only open from 10 am to 6 pm and for the price of 49 € per person they can quietly be open longer

Hansapark is one of the few attractions in Ostholstein.
During the summer holidays in good weather, however, you can give yourself a visit. It is then so crowded that you spend most of the time queuing.
The food offer is not recommended at the booths, nor in the canteen. You should take a closer look at what you can eat and where.
In the meantime, prices are getting good. You can drive cheaper and better if you bring yourself something.
If you as a parent accompany your children and do not want to drive yourself, then you still have to pay the full price. Here it would be desirable if it introduced an accompanying person tariff.
That would also be great for grandparents etc.

Very nice park with a good selection of rides. Don’t go in the high season though, we spent most of the day waiting in line!!

We were now on the 3. Mal in HansaPark and had our children with us for the first time. Especially for the little ones, there are hardly any rides in other parks. This is very different in HansaPark. We were very long in the area for smaller children and had a lot of fun there. The other roller coasters were cool too, but we had to wait in line for a long time. After the escape from Novgorod, I had enough of the heavier roller coasters. Had some difficulties with the cervical spine and then deliberately gave up Kärnan.
For the price of 182€ we saw a lot and were also in the park during the entire opening hours. Price is nevertheless well above the competitors we visit close to home.

Yes there are quite a few rides for smaller children. Many require an adult as well.

What is the best way to get to the park from Hamburg if we don’t rent a car.
Yazıldığı tarih: 24 Mayıs 2018
You can catch the Train from Hamburg to Lübeck and than take the regional Train (RB85?) from Lübeck with direction Neustadt and/or Puttgarden. There is a Train Station in Sierksdorf and from there it's a 10 - 15 minutes walkway to HansaPark.
The only disadvantage is that the Train from Lübeck to Sierksdorf only runs hourly...

Hallo Sandra030809,

Hello,
is there a need to order tickets online, or can we just get there and buy them at the site?
we plan to arrive at August 15.
thanks,
Dan

Just go to the entrance, there are about 10 ticketcounters. It may take 10 minutes until you can buy the tickets, but that depends on how many People are waiting. Remember to be there very early, so you have the whole day to explore the park. As the park opens at 0900am you generally can buy the tickets at around 0845am and enter the park.

Also bist du leider selbst schuld. Kannst ja nochmal hin fahren wenn sie eröffnet ist. :)
